This page maps transactional email events to push notification behaviour. It lets teams decide which email categories should also create a mobile or browser notification.

Key Settings

• Truncate Notification Body shortens long email content before sending it as a push notification.
• Email Type Groups organise events by lifecycle area, such as account updates, payouts, billing, or support.
• Icon Fields control the visual icon used for each notification group.
• Enabled Toggles decide which email events create push notifications.

Review Guidance

Enable only time-sensitive notifications. Too many synced events can create notification fatigue, while too few can leave traders unaware of important account or payout updates.
