- Selfie - Photo holding their ID
Review Process
When reviewing KYC submissions:
- Verify Document Authenticity - Check for signs of tampering or forgery
- Match Details - Ensure name and DOB match account registration
- Check Photo Match - Verify selfie matches ID photo
- Address Verification - Confirm proof of address is recent and valid
Actions Available
- Approve - Accept the KYC and move to Awaiting Live
- Reject - Request new documents with specific reasons
- Flag for Manual Review - Escalate suspicious submissions
