Tasks Overview
The Tasks page is your daily workflow hub. All actions requiring admin attention appear here in organized queues.
Task Categories
Tasks are organized into four main categories:
- Processing Reviews - Traders who passed evaluation and need approval
- Processing KYC - Identity verification documents awaiting review
- Processing Withdrawals - Payout requests from funded traders
- Awaiting Live - Approved accounts ready for funded account provisioning
Workflow
A typical workflow moves through these stages:
- Trader passes evaluation → appears in Processing Reviews
- Admin approves → moves to Processing KYC (if required)
- KYC approved → moves to Awaiting Live
- Admin provisions account → trader can begin live trading
Task Counts
Each category shows the number of pending items. High numbers in any category indicate a backlog that needs attention.
Filtering and Sorting
Tasks can be filtered and sorted to help you prioritize your work. Common filters include date range, plan type, and account size.
