Sent Emails
The Sent Emails page provides visibility into all emails sent from your platform. This is useful for troubleshooting delivery issues and verifying communications.
Email Log
The email log displays:
- Recipient - Who the email was sent to
- Subject - Email subject line
- Template - Which email template was used
- Sent Time - When it was sent
- Status - Delivered, bounced, opened, clicked
- Type - Transactional, marketing, system

Filter by:
- Recipient email or user
- Date range
- Email template
- Delivery status
- Email type
Email Details
Click into an email to see:
- Full email content (HTML and text versions)
- Delivery status and timestamps
- Open and click tracking
- Bounce reason (if bounced)
- SMTP response
