Broker Migration

Broker Migration moves accounts between platforms or updates broker metadata in the database.

Migration changes account routing and broker references. Confirm source, target, and optional limit before running it.

What the Page Does

Broker Migration supports controlled movement from one broker or platform configuration to another. The metadata update tab is used when platform references need correction without performing a full broker move.

Key Controls

• Source Platform selects the current broker/platform reference.
• Target Platform selects the new broker/platform reference.
• Limit restricts how many accounts are processed in one run.
• Metadata Update updates stored platform metadata when account routing already exists but saved references are stale.

Review Guidance

Run migrations in small, auditable batches when possible. Confirm the target platform exists, has the correct server settings, and is ready for account creation or account management before starting.
