Platforms

The Platforms area groups broker and platform administration tools:

• Platform Settings: platform-specific configuration.
• Platform Groups: group management for account routing.
• Broker Migration: move accounts between brokers.
• Account Sync: find broker-active accounts that are not active in the CRM.
• Sports Betting: configure sports betting platform settings and leagues.

What the Page Does

The Platforms page is the navigation hub for broker, platform, account-routing, migration, sync, and sports-betting configuration.

When to Use This Section

Use Platforms when account creation, broker routing, broker credentials, or platform-specific features need review. These pages explain where accounts are created, how platform groups are selected, and how broker metadata is maintained.

Review Guidance

Check Platform Settings before changing Platform Groups. Groups depend on the broker and server configuration stored in Platform Settings, so missing or incorrect platform metadata can cause account routing problems.
