Routing accounts to platform groups
Platform Groups

Platform Groups define where accounts are routed by server, phase, account type, size, currency, and priority.
Use groups to verify that new accounts land on the intended platform and server.
What the Page Does
Platform Groups create routing rules for account provisioning. A group can target a specific server, phase, account type, account size, currency, and priority so new accounts are assigned consistently.
Key Fields
- Group is the broker or server group name used for routing.
- Server selects the platform server.
- Account Type, Phase, Size, and Currency narrow when the group applies.
- Priority decides which group wins when more than one group matches.
- Swap-Free and Double flags identify special account handling.
Review Guidance
When account creation routes to the wrong server, check group priority and matching fields before changing plan or product settings.
