Giveaway Requests lists account requests submitted for promotional or manual giveaway workflows.

Review status, requested-by user, recipient email, account type, balance, platform, live flag, and submitted date before approving or rejecting a request.

What the Page Does

Use this page to control account creation requests that should not go through normal paid checkout. Requests can represent giveaways, affiliate allocations, promotional accounts, or manually sponsored accounts.

Key Fields

• Status shows whether the request is still pending, approved, or denied.
• Tenant identifies which customer workspace the request belongs to.
• Recipient is the trader email that will receive the account.
• Account Type, Balance, Currency, and Platform describe the account that will be created if approved.
• Live Account separates funded/live accounts from demo or evaluation accounts.

Review Guidance

Approve only when the recipient, balance, platform, and requested account type match the intended promotion. Deny requests that are duplicated, unclear, or outside the agreed allocation, and include a reason so the request history remains auditable.
