Plan Products
Step 8 - Linking products to the plan
Plan Products
Step 8 is the final step: linking products to your plan. Products are what customers actually purchase, and they must be connected to a plan to function.
Plans vs Products
Remember the distinction:
- Plan - The rules and structure (internal configuration)
- Product - The purchasable item (what customers see)
One plan can have multiple products.
Why Multiple Products per Plan?
Different Pricing
- Regular price product: $299
- Sale price product: $199
- VIP price product: $399 with extras
- All use the same plan rules
Different Marketing
- "50K Challenge" product
- "50K Fast Track" product
- "50K Pro Edition" product
- Same rules, different positioning
Different Channels
- Website product
- Affiliate product (different commission)
- Partner product (white label)
- Same plan, different distribution
Different Addons
- Basic product (no extras)
- Premium product (includes reset)
- Ultimate product (includes reset + scaling)
- Same core plan, different bundles
Linking Products
To link a product to the plan:
- Create or Select Product - In Products section
- Link to Plan - Choose this plan
- Configure Product - Set price, description
- Activate Product - Make available for purchase
Product Configuration
When linking product to plan:
Basic Settings
- Product name (customer-facing)
- Description
- Price
- Currency
Visibility
- Active (available for purchase)
- Inactive (hidden from store)
- Coming soon (visible but not purchasable)
Stock/Limits
- Unlimited (most common)
- Limited quantity
- Time-limited availability
Included Addons
- Free resets included
- Scaling included
- Other bonuses
Product Variations
One product can have multiple variations:
Size Variations
- 10K Challenge - $99
- 25K Challenge - $199
- 50K Challenge - $299
- 100K Challenge - $499
All variations use the same plan (with account size adjusted).
Duration Variations
- 30-day challenge - $199
- 60-day challenge - $249
- Unlimited time - $299
Same plan, different expiration settings.
Unlinking Products
To unlink a product:
- Deactivate Product - Stop new purchases
- Wait for Existing Accounts - Let current accounts complete
- Unlink Product - Remove connection to plan
Important: Unlinking doesn't affect existing accounts, only prevents new purchases.
Product Analytics
Track product performance:
Sales Metrics
- Units sold
- Revenue generated
- Conversion rate
- Refund rate
Account Metrics
- Pass rate for this product
- Average time to pass
- Payout rate
- Profitability
Comparison
- Compare products linked to same plan
- Which pricing works best?
- Which marketing is most effective?
Best Practices
Clear Product Names
Use descriptive, customer-friendly names:
- Good: "50K Two-Phase Challenge"
- Good: "Instant Funding - 100K"
- Bad: "Plan A Product 1"
Consistent Pricing
Price products logically:
- Larger accounts = higher price
- More phases = higher price
- Better terms = higher price
Test Pricing
Use multiple products to test:
- Different price points
- Different bundles
- Different positioning
Seasonal Products
Create special products for:
- Holiday sales
- Launch promotions
- Limited-time offers
Link to same plan, just different pricing/marketing.
